Be the architect of your environment
Be the architect of your environment
This artwork explores the idea that shaping your environment can reduce the need for willpower. In Atomic Habits, James Clear explains how our surroundings strongly influence our behavior—often more than motivation alone.
For example, if you don’t want to eat cookies all day, the easiest solution is not to keep them in the house. By removing the temptation, you preserve willpower for more meaningful decisions. This work highlights how small changes in your environment can lead to lasting change.
This piece was developed as part of my bachelor’s graduation project at LUCA School of Arts.
