Your art at Pukkelpop 2024?

Are you the creative mind who dreams of transforming backstage spaces into vibrant and inspiring environments? Then grab your chance now to participate in the Pukkelpop 2024 Open Call! 

As a selected designer, you will have the chance to help transform the backstage area of Pukkelpop 2024. You will have the freedom to leave your artistic mark and create a space that is both functional and inspiring for the artists, crew members and guests of the festival. This even extends far beyond the various VIP areas, as the backstage, Pressroom or even the festival and camping area are also a platform here to make your work world famous.

Participate

  • Include in the subject of the email: "Pukkelpop 2024 Design Proposal - [Your Name]"

  • Include a description of your design, along with images and any other relevant information.

  • Make sure your design fits within Rouge's theme, or argue why it may fit.

  • Make sure your items are wind and watertight, easy to assemble/place on location (the item should not be so small that one could take it with them. We also choose not to do projections this year).

  • Provide insurance for your works.

The most important condition is that your object be available to integrate on the site throughout the festival.

The deadline for submitting proposals is July 19, 2024.
Please do not create or propose new designs except on your own initiative. In fact, no items will be purchased. So we recommend diving into your archives or your current supply of items that you have in stock and can lend for a few days.

Are you selected? Then you will receive:

  • Press article sent by Pukkelpop with mention of participating designs.
  • Press article sent by Wanderful.design + article on the website
  • Pictures of your object taken by a professional photographer
