Catharina Moscato

I am Catharina Moscato ,

Born in Belgium daughter of Italian emigrants.

Mother of four, painter, food enthusiast , world traveler but mos importantly a starting ceramist.

From early age , I have been passionate about art.

Besides raising my four children , I have been to the art academy ( SLAC LEUVEN)

I did portrait painting for six years and then conceptual ceramics for another six years.

In 2020 i graduated in conceptual ceramics.

In the past years , I did several masterclasses and I keep taking masterclasses all over the world to to increase my techniques and learn new things.

For me the world of ceramics is inexhaustible , it has endless possibilities and it challenges me to go further and further

COMPETTIONS & EXHIBITIONS

As a starting artist , I entered competitions for the first time

I was nominated artist in the spotlights at art laguna prize 2021 , where there were more than 12000 interims and I made it to the first 345 nominee
