Barry likes birds.

At Atelier De Knock we search for the limits in ceramics. With Barry we challenged the shaping of tiles by reforming them and giving body to the shape of the initial drawing, playing with different levels, resulting in a sculpture in between 2D and 3D. 

Transforming a two-dimensional idea in a three-dimensional object by following the linear concept of the design on a sculptural base, playing with volumes and adding vibrant glazes, Barry comes to life in ceramic material.
