This artwork is based on Atomic Habits by James Clear. It highlights how small, everyday self-deceptions—I didn’t eat that much, I’ll do it later—can quietly undermine personal growth.

These seemingly harmless thoughts keep us from becoming the person we want to be. Change begins with honesty, consistency, and accountability.

This piece was developed as part of my bachelor’s graduation project at LUCA School of Arts.
