This artwork is part of my Glass Child series. A person - the glass child - is trying to make their way out of the glass/mirror. However, the glass is not their only challenge; they are trapped in a cage. The cage symbolises the restrictions the glass child has made for themselves during their childhood. Will they ever really leave?
