The origins of RUST 1 lie in the process of erosion but is in fact part natural process and part design. The 100 % cotton fabric is sprayed with 50/50 water and household vinegar and rusty objects are placed on top. When the desired print is achieved, the process is stopped by washing the fabric with pH neutral soap.
