Atopia means :
1. A society without territorial borders.
2. An inhospitable location where no one could live.

Atopia is an ongoing series of installations comprising objects, video and sound. The series attempts to connect the daily temptations of human life with the mindset of the hermit or recluse who voluntarily gives up a part of his or her deepest desires, a feat which seems increasingly harder to do.
