algorythmatrix of possibilities for post-Anthropocene life

An open, walk-through matrix - constructed by means of aluminium rods and transparent acrylate sheets - presents an undefined system and opens the suggestion of algorithms calculating possibilities. Beamers project a continuous algorithmic flow of genetic codes upon the acrylate sheets. The sound of a calm heartbeat comforts the public. An oversized jellyfish-like organism floats in the middle of the matrix. Underneath a transparent acrylate semi-sphere numerous empty PET-bottles pend downwards in the form of a DNA-helix. They resemble the tentacles of the Medusozoa, the oldest multi-organ animal species living amidst the plastic waste in our oceans. An electrically powered motor slowly rotates the tentacles.
