On Beeld, we share a lot of open calls from various organisations. Do you have a call you want to launch? We'll be happy to take a look at your rules and regulations and help you figure out the best way to launch your opportunity on Beeld.

A costumized form

Beeld offers more than just sharing your open call. You can also arrange for the submission of works and the selection process to be handled by Beeld—completely free of charge! To do so, you can create a customized questionnaire. Would you prefer artists to convince you with their portfolio, or with one or more specific works? Or will the answers to a few specific questions be the crucial factor?
At Beeld, you decide yourself how participants submit their work. Together with us, you put together the form for your future opportunity from A to Z so that everything runs smoothly, from the preparation to the process after the deadline.

In the spotlight

Are you launching your open call through our system? Then we are happy to help spread the word. We will include your open call in our monthly newsletter and feature it on our Instagram account. This will help you reach a new or wider target audience.

Follow up on submissions

Once your opportunity has been launched, you, as the organizer, can follow up on the submissions via the platform. Colleagues, jury members, or curators: everyone involved can easily follow up on the registrations. Would you like to ask artists additional questions about their submissions? Or does a submission not meet your requirements? You can easily resolve this via this specific tool on Beeld.

Highlight your winner(s) 

Has the deadline arrived? Then you can start selecting your artists. How you approach this is up to you. Via Beeld, we offer the option of assigning scores (from 1 to 3) to the submissions. This is done anonymously for the artists and the other jury members. As the organizer, we allow you to browse the jury members' scores so that you can keep track of the most popular works.
We also give you the option to download the submissions as a PDF or Excel file, so you can work in the way that suits you best.

First, inform your participants...

Once you've finalized your selection of favorite artists after careful consideration, it's time to inform all participants, both with good news and less pleasant news. The system allows you to easily download a contact list so you can notify them personally by email.
