LAND
LAND
This early large-scale work marks a pivotal moment in the artist’s return to weaving. LAND reflects on territory — physical, political, and psychological — and the shifting lines of access, belonging, and care. Made during the artist’s time in Belgium as a refugee, the piece channels the feeling of standing on unfamiliar ground and slowly claiming space again.
