What can you do on a rainy day ... visit a museum! The MUDEL in Deinze is a 40-minute drive to a compact museum. There was a show that I wanted to see from a contemporary painter. It's great that they exhibit him when he's still alive ... that's refreshing.

I enjoyed the brushstrokes and the thick oil paint on the many huge canvasses. Bringing some color to this grey weekend.
