XO XO - part of a series of 4 that centers around the archetypal symbol of the cross - portrays the way we communicate today: not so much face to face but ‘long distance’ through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, … and we give each other a virtual kiss and hug. It is made from recycled fabrics and thread and DMC and is currently mounted on a black background (which can be removed).
