Practical info

• Prente Art Market is a non-profit event with a small amount of funding and completely run by volunteers. To run our event we charge 15 euro for a full table and 7.5 euro for half a table. Only when your application is successful, will you be invited to pay the fee. Please be aware that paying your fee is the only way to confirm your table.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply for our market.
• Please note: AI-generated images are strictly prohibited at our market. If discovered during the application process or at the event itself, your participation will be revoked and you will be blacklisted from all future events we organise. 
• The selling of fanart is allowed but we ask you to keep it at a maximum of 20% of your available work on your table.
• Prente is a family friendly event, No pornographic material is allowed on display (meaning any explicit acts involving sex). Naked bodies/body parts are totally fine to show! You are permitted to keep sensitive items out of sight, eg. under your table.

On your submission

• Please take care completing your application form. ​Submitting an application form does not guarantee space at the market. Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email, please take this as confirmation it has been received safely. You will be contacted regarding the outcome of your application and, if successful, you will receive confirmation of table space and more info on the market. Unsuccessful applicants will be automatically added to the reserves list for the market and contacted should a space become available at a later date.
• Joint application is possible!
  Please make sure you fill in the table application with all the relevant details for all who wish to exhibit. Only the primary contact will receive correspondence from Prente Art Market. The primary contact is then responsible for distributing information to all other applicants.   

Table details

• Full tables are 2m20 x 80cm Half tables are 1m10 x 80cm. We charge a 15 euro fee for a full table and 7.5 euro for half a table.
• If you apply for a full table, please be sure you will be able to fill the provided space. If not, please apply for half a table. This will make sure that most applicants will have a shot at participating at Prente!
• If you apply as a collective, please be aware the maximum number of people behind a single table is 3 people.
• There will be wired fences provided so some of you can hang stuff up. We will do our best to provide one for everyone who really needs one, but there are only be a few available. Please let us know down below if you do. You are however not allowed to hang anything on the walls.

Space presentation

We like to keep Prente a fun and beautiful market. Please bring your own tablecloth! If you are displaying products in boxes, please ensure that they are tidy and clean. Do not block aisles, fire exits, or other people's tables. Our venue does not allow things being hung up on the wall. Please respect that. Ensure your table display is safe and secure at all times. Please be conscious of your table neighbours and do not encroach on their exhibiting space. We at Prente are not responsible for any breakage or theft.

Exhibitor conduct

Exhibitors are asked to remember that Prente is an all ages, inclusive market that is open to everyone. Any kind of discrimination, bullying or harassment will be dealt with on a zero tolerance basis; Prente reserves the right to ask exhibitors to leave should we deem these rules breached. We ask you, as an exhibitor, to help us keep Prente a friendly, safe place and to please inform us if you feel these rules are broken by anyone. 

Dogs are allowed, but please only bring them when they are considered a service animal. We like to keep the event fun for everyone.

Cancellation

If your application is successful and you do decide not to participate at Prente after all, we ask you to let us know in due time so another illustrator might take your place! Reimbursement of your table fee will only take place if you cancel at least 1 month before the event.
