POEM:

my old weary soul wanders in the garden like a weeping widow. thorns bite until she bleeds and bleeds, still her softness grows and grows. I see her silhouette fading every night, holding a future that never was. carrying her miscarriage to her final resting place.

I miss her before she's gone, I mourn her more than you. not our child, but mine. I'll die with her too, and when I do, I'll wake up again. the moon will make space for the sun again.
