This sequence of seven prints on aluminium was created during my residency in Italy at The Museum Of Loss And Renewal. It was custom made for the exhibition of MOM-collective on a boat in Ghent, Belgium during october 2025. 

I got inspired by the rusty texture of the old boat that almost fell apart, something that was created to last forever, but left in dust to be captivated by nature's erosion. The clean aluminium plates are industrial but also look soft by its reflection, while my images texturise it on a deeper level. 

Exploring greyscales on media with new printing techniques and images that contrast eachother, there happened a twist in my work.
