In Micro, macro, mass, I work with fragments from various stages of tree processing: ready-mades, extracts, found objects, and photographs—intuitively gathered and assembled. I shift repeatedly between micro and macro scale, zoom in and out on detail and whole. Through photographic collages and materials like oak pollen, charcoal, resin, tar, paper string, and wood insulation, I create assemblages exploring ideas of circularity, impermanence, and transformation.
