In order to make this particular work, I used various media.

The image comes from a photograph that was translated into an embroidery and then into a silkscreen and finally into this knitted work.

When you re-use an image, a part of the image will be lost in the translation.

The words 'faded recollection' refer to this blurring of the image but can be extended to a blurring of a memory.
