During my travels, I always collect pictures—visual artifacts that catch my eye for no obvious reason. When I’m in a flow, I try not to justify why I’m drawn to certain things, but simply follow my intuition. In this case, I turned my recent trip to Madrid into a whimsical collage that feels like a lucid dream. I assembled layers of memories and finds, leaving behind a self-made souvenir on one of the city’s walls.
