Inspired by my trip to the wonderful Azores, this illustration captures details that caught my eye, reimagined in a quite surreal setting of stairs, concrete walls, reflecting water and an intriguing window. The play of shadows, reflections and a limited colour palette adds to the depth of this illustration.
