For about six years in my twenties, I worked as a graphic designer for nightclubs in Seoul, mainly designing posters and flyers. The flexible hours and decent pay allowed me to sustain my artistic practice. The Constellation series is based on what I saw, heard, and experienced during those years〞stories of nightlife, labor, and the blurred boundaries between art, design, and survival.

Printed images of nightclub offices were mounted on layered acrylic panels, referencing display systems used in hardware or interior stores. Like paint or carpet samples, each printed sheet could be removed, touched, and read, inviting the audience to physically navigate the fragmented surfaces of labor and nightlife.
