Sometimes certain emotions can be overwhelming, weather they are loaded with passion and joy or fear and struggle. Sometimes they come out of the blue and take us by assault. Other times they represent a complex pattern that is part of us, something that has been suppressed for a long time.
And then there’s the moment when we face them. We acknowledge its presence, we analyze the characteristics, details, nuances. We taste its flavors. 
We see a slit, an open passage for something new. A new self, a new world.
