“Wezen/was” is a formal experiment which explores the material of wax to create a world that transcends the laws of nature. The universe is a living organism that grows and decades at the same time.

The film was made as part of a contest of ANIMA film festival for animation students. It was selected and shown at the festival before the screenings of the films.
