My 7-years’ experience in business-oriented roles within several international corporations inspired me to create this comic-style illustration. It describes the culture that people tend to sugarcoat the truth in the workplace. The hand with a diamond ring is a metaphor for power and capitalism, and the colorful sugar-coated people represent the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and stories of the employees.
