Specter is a woven spatial exploration in an 18th-century pavilion in Spökparken, Stockholm. The pavilion holds a rich textile history, and legend has it that the park’s previous owner—a linen merchant—still haunts the site. By following the architectural grids of the space, such as those found in the floor and windows, the project experiments with weaving a ghostlike figure into the room itself—an echo suspended in the structure.
