“For the occassion of Atelier in Beeld we inaugurated a new art work by Lieselotte Vloeberghs (°1994) for a blind window on the site of maakleerplek: in the drawings by the artist we see figures that commemorate the relationship between humans and non-humans. With her work she tries to eliminate the boundary between the two. This figure — lying on stones and holding flowers — seems to be attempting to become ground.”
