Office culture can be seen as a social structure that plays a key role in modern life. It is usually used to refer to activities, roles, strategies and relationships that revolve around workspaces, especially the office. A structure that, as this project attempts to show, extends beyond the workspace. As a culture, it also plays a role in language, identity, mental and physical health, lifestyle, education and many other aspects of our lives.

Office culture is evident in the small plant we buy to make a closed space greener, but also in the fact that we check our emails just before going to bed. It is also the pressure a pregnant woman may feel to log into Microsoft Teams even in hospital, or the sense of relief she feels when she signs a contract to work in front of a computer in a 4 m² cubicle.
