Booklet, Colonsay, Scotland, November 2006

'Colonsay, A Landscape in Black and White' was the culmination of a 10-day residency on the island of Colonsay. The art work takes the format of a book. It aims to tell the story of the different landscapes present on Colonsay and hint at their folklore and legends. The drawings which make up the book are black and white and have a diagrammatic character referencing the symbolic language often used in way finding and diagrams. 

The book was conceived to offer a reading of the landscapes and folklore of Colonsay by providing the reader with a viewpoint of someone walking through the landscapes of Colonsay.
