Plastic products, once a source of convenience and practicality, are now becoming a source of pollution and environmental destruction. Abandoned cups not only spoil the look of nature, but also harm ecosystems, as they take a very long time to decompose and can threaten animals. A picture taken near my temporary home in Samarkand makes me think about how people consume resources and leave behind waste in nature. The sight of cups scattered on the grass raises the question: is it so difficult to throw them in the trash can just a few steps away.
